Urgent deliveries are made on the next business day in cooperation with the most reliable air carriers. Standard delivery services are performed by road transportation.

Relocation of office equipment

An office to be moved to new premises? We will take care to ensure smooth and fast relocation. We will plan the relocation process in advance and inform you in due time to ensure that the team can work without any disturbance and follow the defined plan of works. Prior to moving, we will deliver boxes, packaging material and labels to enable your employee to organise their personal items and office equipment. Non-standard transportation

For particularly valuable or fragile cargoes we provide construction of special pallets, additional packaging and transportation in compliance with the top safety standards. Professional loading staff will take care of safe loading, unloading of the cargo, its handling at the scheduled time and place. We provide removal of used packaging and environmentally friendly disposal.

Storing services

There are situations when short-term storing of cargo is necessary during a moving process. Unscheduled idle time or unplanned reloading can cause higher costs. In order for the moving process to be as convenient as possible, we offer storing of household items or equipment. We organise transportation of deliveries and organise moving to all countries in Europe. Our portfolio contains numerous success stories from clients who have successfully relocated their personal belongings or office equipment to various destinations in Latvia, Baltics and Europe.

Spain, Norway, Tenerife (Canary Islands), Italy, Cyprus, Germany, Finland, Malta, Switzerland, Greece, the Netherlands, Croatia, United Kingdom and many other countries are on the list of our successful relocation destinations.

Costs depend on the loading and unloading address, the selected type of transportation and the range of additional services. If you select only transportation, you can organise loading and unloading by yourself.

We can additionally provide loading and unloading services, as well as the service of furniture dismantling, packaging and installation.
For transportation to countries outside the European Union we provide preparation of documents and customs declarations.

Transportation terms are calculated in compliance with the distance between the loading and destination countries. Delivery in Latvia is possible on the same or the next business day. Transportation usually takes from 3 to 8 business days in the territory of the European Union.

In case of local moving or transportation of small cargoes we can perform transportation on the same business day. Organisation of larger scale moving will require more time to prepare for performing the works and to schedule the transportation route to the selected destination.

We always find a solution in urgent cases – by offering pick-up and delivery of a cargo at our warehouse in Riga or any of our partners’ warehouse in the relevant European country.
